Delivery:
Once payment for your order is received, products in stock are usually despatched within 2-5 business days. Shipping time can however vary depending on the popularity of the item.
Most of our furniture is in stock, however certain items will be made to order depending on colour, size or combination chosen. For these items it may take a little longer to arrive.
For items not in stock we aim to have them arrive at your door between 8 to 12 weeks after placing an order.
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout unless otherwise quoted.
Delivery to Perth Metro suburbs start from $65 for local suburbs on a km basis or pick up available for free from our warehouse location. Please see below chart for our delivery charges.
As soon as your items are ready for dispatch from our warehouse, we’ll call you to let you know and advise when you can expect delivery. They’ll propose a delivery date and time frame. All items will be delivered to the room of your choice, but please remember that it’s your responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors and staircases in their packaging before you place your order.
You are responsible to note the size and dimensions of the furniture to insure that it will fit, not only in the designated room, but also the hallways, doorways, stairwells, etc.

Assembly:
Please note that some of the items in store are flat packed and require some sort of assembly, and instructions will be provided. This includes beds, dining tables and sofa lounges. Most items will not require assembly as they are solid one piece. Please be advised that the delivery & pickup does not include assembly, items are delivered & picked up in their original intended form unless negotiated upon invoicing. The company reserves the right to charge an assembly fee if required which starts from $35 for bed frames and $35 for sofas.
