Direct Furniture reserves the right to decline a price match if it would result in a financial loss. We will match a competitor's advertised price for an identical branded and stocked product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be identical, including brand, model, and colour.
- The competitor must have the product in stock, with the requested quantity available for immediate purchase (no backorders, pre-orders or laybys)
- The competitor's price must include all associated costs, such as GST, delivery charges, and handling fees.
- Products priced significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value are excluded.
- The competitor's retail premises must be located in Australia, where you are seeking the price match, or the competitor must be an Australian website capable of delivering to your residence.
- This offer excludes competitor websites that do not have a retail store and ABN number in Australia.
- It does not apply to trade buyers, wholesalers, commercial quantities, importers, warehouses, auctions, auction sites, duty-free shops, liquidation and clearance sales, or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount.
- Used, damaged, returned, open box, or display products are excluded
- The competitor's offer must be verifiable by Direct Furniture.
- The Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers.
Additionally, it is important to note that Direct Furniture does not accept evidence of competitor prices after a sale has been finalised or at a later date, regardless of whether the purchased item/s are still pending or awaiting delivery. In the rare event where a customer discovers a lower price at a competitor after their purchase, Direct Furniture will not provide a price reduction, modification, or any adjustments to the original transaction. Any subsequent changes or cancellations will adhere to our standard policies regarding cancellations and refunds, which are applicable to standard cancellation fees and terms.
